How does a new box shape get made?
A shape starts as a dieline — the flat drawing that gets cut and creased. Send a sketch, a competitor sample or the product itself; we draw the dieline around it, show it on a 3D mockup, then cut a physical sample once you approve.
Our catalog has 39 shaped designs: 9 round tubes, 9 book-style boxes, 9 with magnetic closures and 13 built around a sponge or foam insert. 29 of them start at 300 pieces, 8 at 200.
Shapes cost more than a square box for one reason: a new cutting die. That die is a one-time cost and it stays with your job, so repeat orders of the same shape carry no new tooling.
