What should you send us before quoting a perfume or candle box?
Three things decide the quote: the bottle or jar dimensions, how many pieces you need, and whether the box ships to customers or sits on a retail shelf. With those we draw the dieline, pick the board thickness and cut the insert.
Across the 312 perfume, fragrance and candle designs in our catalog, 298 start at 300 pieces; six start lower (150–240) and eight are higher-volume folding cartons (500–1,000). 86 designs use a foam, sponge or EVA insert, 33 are lid-and-base rigid boxes, 24 close with a magnetic flap and 17 are drawer boxes.
A candle jar and a tall perfume bottle need different inserts even at the same box size: the jar needs a deep well that holds the glass upright, the bottle needs a cavity plus a cap recess. Send the product or its drawing and we cut the insert to it.
