What decides the insert in a vial or peptide box?
The vial does. A 3 ml glass vial needs a slot that grips the shoulder so it cannot rattle or clink in transit; a 10 ml vial or dropper bottle needs a deeper cavity; an ampoule set needs a tray that keeps every piece upright and visible. Inserts are cut from foam, sponge, EVA or paper to the layout you approve.
Minimums are low: most designs start at 200 pieces or fewer, which suits a first run of a new kit. Layouts run from single-vial boxes to multi-slot kits, and surface work from matte lamination to gold or silver foil and spot UV.
