When you ask for a quote we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, box type, estimated quantity and any message. On the optional second step you can also send box sizes, material and finish preferences, a timeline and files such as artwork or reference photos.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your phone number or email address and the messages and files you send.

Why we use it

We use these details only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and samples, and handle orders you place with us. We do not add you to a newsletter and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Services that process your data

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by a third-party form service. Once website analytics is switched on, Google Analytics 4 records anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate country, so we can see which pages help buyers. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet accounting and tax rules in China. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not lead to an order at any time.
