About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Enping City Xinhua Packaging Co., Ltd., trading as Xinhua Pack Legend. By using the site you accept them. Orders are governed by the quotation, proforma invoice or contract we agree with you in writing.

Product information and photos

Photos show boxes we have produced or sampled. Sizes, colors, boards and finishes can be changed for your order, so a photo is not a promise that your boxes will look identical. Minimum order quantities shown on the site come from our current listings, lead times are our standard figures, and both are confirmed on your quote.

Quotes and samples

A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Prices depend on size, board, printing, finishing, quantity and shipping terms, and are fixed only once we confirm them in writing. Sample terms, including any sample fee, are stated on the quote.

Your artwork

You keep all rights to the logos, artwork and designs you send us. You confirm that you have the right to use them, and we use them only to make your packaging. We do not reuse your artwork for other customers.

Website content

The text, photos and layout of this website belong to Xinhua Pack Legend. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy our photos or text for commercial use without written permission.

Liability

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but it may contain errors or become out of date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by relying on website content alone. Your quote and order documents are the binding reference.
